This logo design project aims to create a brand identity that reflects both Accelerated Properties’s established reputation in property management and its exciting move into the sales and investment market.

The project includes several phases such as organizational research, brand strategy, brandmark design, and brandmark implementation. The brandmark consists of a logotype displaying the organization's name and a distinctive logomark to create a sophisticated visual identity system that sets Accelerated Properties, LLC apart from others in their industry. The logomark features two overlapping building silhouettes made up of multiple geometric shapes, inspired by the diverse range of dream properties the company helps its clients achieve with its expertise. It also represents a forward-looking vision for a city and promotes inclusivity across various real estate investor communities.
